Welcome to iPro Autos, the newest and best used car store in Indianapolis. We have not yet launched our car store, but we know it will be really great when we do launch it. Why? Well, we come from a unique perspective. We come from a background where we’ve learned that business is built on solid financial management and great customer experiences. Too many dealers do not focus on these two pieces to bring the best prices and the best customer experience. Things you will not hear us say:

  1. “What is it going to take to get you into this car today?”
  2. “Wait just a minute… I’ll need to talk to our finance manager to see if we can go that low.”

We empower all our sales consultants to make decisions to streamline the process and train them on a better way to work with our customers. We hate the cliches.

Who knows, we may even offer a used Maserati or two.

But I doubt we’ll ever offer a used Maybach. It won’t happen.
